Lenarys Analytics documentation
Turn LMS data into clear reports, dashboards, and learning insights from one focused workspace.
Lenarys Analytics is a local plugin for the Moodle™ platform. Designed for administrators, educators, learning teams, and reporting specialists, it combines an installable report library, configurable dashboards, audience-aware access, recurring delivery, AI-assisted report creation, audit history, and learning-time drilldowns.
What it does
Use Lenarys Analytics to move from a business question to a reusable LMS report without maintaining a separate analytics stack.

Search, filter, sort, export, duplicate, schedule, and share report data.
02Apps
Monitor key values with dashboard-style widgets and linked report drilldowns.
03AI assistance
Draft report definitions with a configured Moodle AI provider that has Generate text enabled, then review before installing.
04Access
Control report eligibility for all users, administrators, system roles, and selected users.
05Schedules
Share selected rows once or deliver reviewed reports on a recurring LMS schedule.
06Time tracking
Review learning time, visits, and activity patterns without treating activity as attainment.
