Lenarys Analytics documentation

Turn LMS data into clear reports, dashboards, and learning insights from one focused workspace.

Lenarys Analytics is a local plugin for the Moodle™ platform. Designed for administrators, educators, learning teams, and reporting specialists, it combines an installable report library, configurable dashboards, audience-aware access, recurring delivery, AI-assisted report creation, audit history, and learning-time drilldowns.

Your LMS data stays in your LMS environment. The external licensing service is designed for site and entitlement metadata. Reports, grades, users, courses, and tracked learning activity are queried and stored inside the LMS.

What it does

Use Lenarys Analytics to move from a business question to a reusable LMS report without maintaining a separate analytics stack.

Core workflow

  1. Install and configure the plugin

Complete the Moodle upgrade, choose a license mode, select a Billing Admin, and confirm cron is running.

  2. Review reports in the catalogue

Inspect the definition, required plan, columns, SQL snippets, validation status, and preview before installation.

  3. Define the audience

Grant report access to all users, site administrators, selected roles, or selected users.

  4. Analyze and deliver

Filter the report, export data, share selected rows, or create a recurring email schedule.
