Users overview

Availability
A report must be installed, enabled for the current user, permitted by its audience, and allowed by the current entitlement before it can run. Some linked reports and heatmaps also depend on their destination report or feature being available.

Start with the report whose row represents the user, course, enrolment, activity, grade, or tracking event you need.
- Apply selective filters
Narrow the course, population, status, or date range before comparing or exporting results.
- Open supporting detail
Use linked reports, Moodle pages, grade modals, and heatmaps to verify the value behind a row.
- Interpret in Moodle context
Confirm visibility, enrolment, completion, gradebook, tracking, and permission rules before taking action.
