Install reviewed reporting assets and monitor key values with compact dashboard widgets.
Apps
An app is an installed dashboard definition made from lightweight widgets. It can present high-level totals, donut-style breakdowns, and links into detailed reports without replacing the report table workflow.
Widget controls
Refresh
Fetch the latest widget output; supported widgets can auto-refresh.
Maximize
Expand one widget for focused review, then return it to the grid.
Remove
Delete a widget from the current app when no longer required.
App headers show the current user and loading time. Widgets can open linked report modals and calendar drilldowns when their definitions and license features allow it.
Marketplace tab
The Library’s Marketplace tab is the Lenarys Analytics report and app catalogue. It is available to the Billing Admin and supports search, plan filtering, item-type filtering, and sorting for reports and apps supplied by automatic API sync or a local license payload. It is not the Moodle Marketplace subscription and download service.
Install review
- Read the item purpose, version, tags, and plan requirement.
- Inspect every app widget or report column.
- Review SQL snippets and validation messages.
- Compare preview data with the expected row grain.
- Confirm the report or app does not reveal unnecessary personal fields.
- Install only after the review is complete.
Updates & plan access
Widget auto-refresh and catalogue definition updates are different behaviors. Auto-refresh fetches current widget values while the app is open. The catalogue can separately indicate a newer app or report definition; an administrator must review that update because its SQL, columns, widgets, or data scope may have changed. Items remain installed after a downgrade but are locked when the current entitlement no longer permits them.
