No. The licensing API receives only the licence and site metadata needed for entitlement checks. LMS learning data stays in the customer environment.
No. AI report generation is available on Moodle 4.5 or later and requires a configured Moodle AI provider with the Generate text action enabled. Generated reports must be reviewed and installed by a Billing Admin.
Yes. Local mode can use an uploaded license file for customers that need offline or restricted-network operation.
